Humble Beginnings
In the spring, a few years ago, Nick brought over a T-post he had hammered into a roughly knife shaped object and stuck part of an old hickory pickaxe handle on it. "Here. I made you this."
After scrounging some leather scraps and, with a little help from an Al Stohlman primer on stitching, and a Craftsman cordless drill, I put together a roughly sheath looking knife holder.
And two cottage businesses were born; Rorhbaugh Knifeworks and Broken Bear Leather.
